If you want to build a Flexmojos Maven project with FlashBuilder/FlexBuilder you need to use and install the M2Eclipse plugin. I recommend installing the wtp-enabled version available in the Eclipse Marketplace as this will enable you to run your Maven web application using WTP without any hacks.
